ABOUT DAMPCURE

With over 40 years’ experience in treating damp and timber infestations, Dampcure offer damp proofing and timber treatment service in Herefordshire and Worcestershire and the surrounding counties of Shropshire, Monmouthshire, and Powys. Our team of qualified surveyors are based in our two offices in Hereford and Worcester.

Dampcure was established in 1973 and has offices in both Hereford and Worcester. Dampcure is run by Rhys Edwards who is based in the Hereford office. Rob Brien lives in Worcester and is our man in Worcestershire. Gary Edwards is now semi-retired and works mostly behind the scenes providing valuable knowledge and experience.

Denise Oliver is our full-time Secretary, and she is the person you will most likely speak with when you call our offices.

Dampcure are members of the Property Care Association. The PCA regulates and monitors member companies and ensures that a company is financially secure and carries out surveys for damp proofing and timber treatment works to the standards of the PCA Code of Practice, and that the company adheres to all relevant safety requirements and legislation. Through the PCA, Dampcure is a member of the Government TrustMark scheme and is also a member of CHAS.

We have an on-site workforce of trained damp proofing and timber treatment technicians who are also plastering and carpentry tradesmen. Our specific areas of expertise are damp proofing, cellar conversions and timber treatments.
